Happy Monday everyone! Today I'm sharing one of my picks from the big Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Prices went back up today but I'm happy I was able to purchase this pretty dress.

When I'm shopping at the end of the summer I tend to buy pieces that will still work for this summer heat but will transition into the fall nicely. I think this dress is one of those pieces.

The material is light and flowy and I've paired it with these taupe lace-up flats.

I think when the weather starts to cool I can wear this dress with jeggings and a pair of booties.

Gearing up for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!

Hey guys! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale will be here before we know it and I wanted to share some tips to prepare. First off, why is this sale so awesome? Because, Nordstrom only hosts this sale once a year and you can snag some amazing fresh fall arrivals at steep discounts! After the sale, the items go back to their original prices. So let's talk strategy!

1) Know the dates! The Sale starts on Friday, July 22nd and ends Monday, August 7th. Early access (for Nordstrom card holders only) starts on Thursday, July 14th (TOMORROW)!

 2) Get early access now! Sign up to be a cardholder! I don't like signing up for credit cards because that means trouble but did you know you can sign up for a DEBIT card? That means purchases you make are drawn from your checking account! It's like the Target Red Card. You get all the benefits from being a Nordstrom cardholder! Plus, right now, you get $10 for signing up! And you get early access to the #Nsale which is 10 days before everyone else! Also important to mention is you must be a card holder to shop the sale, so get on it folks!

3) Make a wish list! Start thinking about things you have been coveting for your fall wardrobe! I know I've been wanting a classic fall hand bag and some taupe over-the-knee boots!

4) Don't be scared to order multiple sizes. Don't know if things will fit unless you try them on? Nordstrom has free shipping and returns!
