Saturday was Mimi's (my mother-in-law) birthday and as a surprise, Noah's sister and nieces drove down from Virginia.
Mimi opened the door on Friday and I was super surprised. She couldn't stop crying. We haven't seen them since June and we've missed them so much. It was so nice to have them visit for the weekend.
We had a big breakfast on Saturday morning and then went downtown to walk around and shop. There is always something going on in Savannah and right now they have transformed the shops downtown for the filming of Spongbob Squarepants. It's so cool! We had to go check it out. We had lunch and walked around for a bit.
For dinner we grilled out steaks, sang happy birthday and enjoyed chocolate cake.
