What I Wore Wednesday {wiww}

I somehow made it almost the entire day thinking it was Tuesday. What a great surprise at work to find out today is really Wednesday! One day closer to the weekend! Here's this week's looks for wiww.

How cute is this tee? I found it on sale at JcPenney over the weekend from the Joe Fresh collection. I have a frenchie and I've been seeing them all over graphic tees. I don't have a problem with this at all.

And how beautiful does my Ell and Emm Audrey necklace look with this outfit! So gorgeous. One of my favorite jewelry purchases ever! It instantly dresses up any look!

I wore this outfit for an interview I had Monday. I opted for a colored blazer and statement necklace instead of the traditional suit jacket.

Its October and Halloween is close.  I stumbled across this adorable and festive top over the weekend. It was on a mannequin and it was paired with a red blazer. I don't have a red blazer but I do have some red pants. I looked up the top online and though its not impressive over the web, it's super cute in person!

Vest Day

I was actually obsessed with this J. Crew herringbone vest last winter. It was sold out quickly and the only place I could find it was on eBay selling for over $200... way to much over my budget for one vest. I was thrilled when J. Crew factory re-released the vest this season! I snagged one for less than $98! 

I was excited to see such a frenzy over this vest on my IG feed and then it was declared there would be an official #nationalherringbonevestday on October 1st. I thought it was such a fun idea. Not just because I was excited to wear the vest, but because I like to find inspiration from the stylish ladies I follow! Below are just a few of my favorites from National Herringbone Vest Day! There were so many fabulous looks! 

And here is how I styled it! The weather didn't permit me from actually wearing it, but I didn't want that to ruin my fun in participating in vest day!

2013 Fall Bucket List

The weather is finally cooling down a bit and I am getting more and more excited for fall festivities! This year I created a fall bucket list as a motivator for our family to be festive this season. Both my girls are at fun ages and even the simple things like making hot chocolate is big to them. Some of these activities are new to me so I really want to do them like apple picking or going to a drive-in. Also, I haven't been camping since I was 10 years old so hopefully we will get to do it this year. What is on your bucket list?
